Power Joe comes equipped with PowerSTART as part of its exclusive PROPOWER3X technology and uses a 24-Volt iONMAX rechargeable lithium-ion battery to power the generator’s One-Touch Start feature. This same battery also powers over 100 tools in the Sun Joe + Snow Joe iONMAX cordless tool system, so when your battery is not in use powering Power Joe, you can use it interchangeably across multiple tools in the iONMAX platform. With PowerSTART, there's no more back-breaking rip cords to pull - you can now start your Power Joe with just the push of one button. As a backup start-up option in the event your battery is recharging, you can still start Power Joe via its included recoil start feature.
