My Hover Mower is not operating properly, what do I do?

Problem	Solution
Motor does not run	Unplug the unit from the power source and check that the blade hub is able to rotate freely. Check mains and extension cord. Clean discharge channel/housing. Start hover grass cutter on short grass or in a previously mowed area and tilt back.
Motor power drops	Check that you are using a suitable extension cord of proper gauge and length. Power source (e.g. generator) has too low voltage.
Motor performance drops	Replace the cutting blades (Model MJ-HVR12E-SBLD)
