My Hover Mower is not operating properly, what do I do?

Problem Solution
Motor does not run
  • Unplug the unit from the power source and check that the blade hub is able to rotate freely.
  • Check mains and extension cord.
  • Clean discharge channel/housing.
  • Start hover grass cutter on short grass or in a previously mowed area and tilt back.
Motor power drops
  • Check that you are using a suitable extension cord of proper gauge and length.
  • Power source (e.g. generator) has too low voltage.
Motor performance drops
  • Replace the cutting blades (Model MJ-HVR12E-SBLD)
