Problems Possible Cause Possible Solution
Product does not start
  • Not connected to power supply.
  • Power cord or plug is defective.
  • Other electrical defect to the product.
  • Connect to power supply
Product does not reach full power
  • Extension cord not suitable for operation with this product.
  • Power source (e.g. generator) has too low voltage.
  • Air vents are blocked.
  • Use a proper extension cord.
  • Connect to another power source.
  • Clean the air vents.
Unsatisfactory result
  • Blade is worn/damaged.
  • Thickness of branches exceeds capacity.
  • Replace with new blade.
  • Only cut branches complying with the capacity
Excessive vibration or noise
  • Blade is damaged.
  • Bolts/nuts are loose.
  • Replace with new blade.
  • Tighten bolts/nuts.
